Personality
Personality: Fourteen-year-old Rose Weasley takes after her mother in many ways. She is meticulous in everything she does, from folding her socks to perfecting her penmanship, and has often been called a "know-it-all" (particularly by her younger brother, who she tends to boss around.) She can usually be found sitting outside in the gardens with her nose hidden in a book... but never near the Quidditch pitch. Years of hearing her mother's nervous warnings have instilled a fear of flying that even her father's enthusiasm can't overcome. She is secretly a bit dreamy, but keeps this to herself.
Likes: Books, daisies, her family, her friends, things being in their proper order.
Dislikes: Flying, show-offs, purposeful ignorance, cruelty, when her knee socks bunch around her ankles.
Strengths: Rose is caring in a very maternal way, especially toward family members. She frets and coddles like a little mother, and is beloved for it. She is a remarkably strong person and has no issue with not only proudly voicing her opinions, but following through with what she believes is right, no matter what the cost. She is very academically-inclined. She works hard and as a result, she does well in nearly all of her class subjects. Rose is also skilled with impressions, but will only do her eerily accurate impersonations for the amusement of her close friends and family.
Weaknesses: Rose is stubborn- what is considered “strong” by some is considered “bull-headed” by others. She is also very competitive and an extreme perfectionist. She doesn’t work well with others and will often take the brunt of the work in group projects just so she can make sure that everything is up to her standards. Despite her generally rational mind, she has her father's temper and is easily angered- especially if it's righteously on behalf of one of her family members. Despite her bravado, she cares greatly about the opinions of others. She’s a fourteen year old girl, after all.
Hobbies: Reading, studying, Wizard's chess, collecting Chocolate Frog cards... she has the whole War collection except for Professor Longbottom.
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual. Rose isn't interested in relationships. She is far too busy with other, more important things. Although she occasionally becomes tongue-tied and blushy in the presence of Theodore Lupin, she refuses to talk about it when her father or Aunt Ginny teases her.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Rose has far-set, large eyes and a sloping nose. Her complexion is milk-white and time in the sun only results in more freckles than she can count.
Manner of Dress: She can usually be found in her school uniform, blouse crisply ironed and tie neatly knotted… but occasionally she will wear jeans and t-shirts. In the summer she likes to wear sundresses.

Magic
Wand: 9 1/4 inch Elm, Dragon heartstring
Boggart: Bellatrix Lestrange. Rose has heard stories and seen pictures- she knows what that horrid lady did to her mum. Even though, logically, she recognizes the fact that Bellatrix Lestrange died years before she was even born, the sight of her in the DADA classroom is enough to bring her to tears.
Patronus: She hasn't managed to produce much more than vapor mist when practicing on her own, but it will eventually be a kneazle.
Best Classes: Potions, DADA, Transfiguration, Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Muggle Studies
Worst Classes: Herbology. Ironically, Rose lacks any skill with plants and flowers. Her projects regularly wither and die after a matter of days in her care and it frustrates her endlessly.
